What You’ll Do
- Develop custom home layouts based on buyer selections, using established plan sets and architectural guidelines.
- Create new residential concepts that respond to shifting market demands and lifestyle preferences.
- Evaluate building codes, zoning, and site conditions to ensure designs meet regulatory and structural criteria.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external consultants to drive projects from initial design through construction.
- Produce and manage comprehensive architectural drawings, construction documents, specifications, and revisions.
- Review and certify architectural plans with your professional stamp to ensure compliance with licensing standards.
- Plan and design community amenities, including clubhouses and recreation spaces, that enhance the resident experience.

This is a full-time, in-office position based at our headquarters in Berwyn, PA. Candidates must be local or willing to relocate.
Requirements
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture
- Active architectural license with the ability to stamp/seal plans
- Strong proficiency in CAD and experience with residential construction documents
- Creative problem-solving and an eye for design detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
